Late last month, the Penn State Nittany Lions put out a key offer in the 2021 recruiting cycle. Pat Chambers and his staff decided to offer 2021 prospect Rahsool Diggins.

Diggins comes out of Wayne, New Jersey and is currently rated as a four-star prospect and the fourth-best player in the state by 247Sports. He is also currently listed as 6-foot-1 and 160 pounds by the site.
Along with Penn State, he also has offers from Florida, UMass, and Xavier among others. He currently has no Crystal Ball selections.
