Earlier this month, the Maryland Terrapins put out a key offer in the 2021 recruiting cycle. Mark Turgeon and his staff decided to offer 2021 prospect Carter Whitt.

Whitt comes out of Raleigh, North Carolina and is rated as a four-star prospect and the second-best player in the state by 247Sports. The site also lists him as 6-foot-3 and 170 pounds by the recruiting site.
Along with Maryland, he also has offers from Boston College, Clemson, and Florida among others. He currently has Crystal Ball projections at this time.
