Earlier this month, the Rutgers Scarlet Knights put out a key offer in the 2020 recruiting cycle. Steve Pikiell and his staff decided to offer 2020 prospect Taran Armstrong.

Armstrong comes out of Burnie, Australia and is currently unrated by 247Sports. He is currently listed as 6-foot-3 by the recruiting site. As an international prospect, he should be one of the more interesting players in this class.
