Earlier this month, the Rutgers Scarlet Knights put out a key offer in the 2021 recruiting cycle. Steve Pikiell and his staff decided to offer 2021 prospect Quincy Allen.

Allen comes out of Washington, DC and is currently rated as a five-star prospect and the top player in the area by 247Sports. He is currently listed as 6-foot-6 and 180 pounds by the recruiting site.
Along with Rutgers, he also has offers from Boston College, Clemson, and NC State among others. He currently has no Crystal Ball predictions at this time.
