Collins comes out of Chandler, Arizona and is currently rated as a four-star prospect and the second-best player in the state by 247Sports. The recruiting site also lists him as 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds.
Along with Minnesota, he also has offers from Kansas, Oklahoma, and TCU among others. He currently has no Crystal Ball predictions at this time.
