Earlier this month, the Minnesota Golden Gophers put out a key offer in the 2020 recruiting cycle. Richard Pitino and his staff decided to offer 2020 prospect Gabe Madsen.

Madsen comes out of Rochester, Minnesota and is currently rated as a three-star prospect and the sixth-best player in the state by 247Sports. The recruiting site also lists him as 6-foot-6 and 180 pounds.
Along with Minnesota, he also has offers from Iowa, Marquette, Northern Iowa, and South Dakota among others. His three current Crystal Ball predictions are split evenly between Marquette, Minnesota, and Northern Iowa.
