Burnett comes out of Napa, California and is rated as a five-star prospect and the fifth best player in the state by 247Sports. The site also lists him as 6-foot-3 and 185 lbs.
Along with Iowa, he also has offers from Arizona State, Marquette, Ohio State, UCLA, and USC among others. He currently has Crystal Ball projections at this time.
