Late last month, the Penn State Nittany Lions put out a key offer in the 2020 recruiting cycle. Pat Chambers and his new staff decided to offer 2020 Kadary Richmond.

Richmond comes out of Brooklyn, New York and is currently unrated by 247Sports. He is listed as 6-foot-5 and 175 pounds by the site. Along with Penn State, Richmond has offers from Georgetown, Oregon, Saint Louis, and UConn among others.
