Earlier this month, the Rutgers Scarlet Knights put out a key offer in the 2021 recruiting cycle. Steve Pikiell and his staff decided to offer 2021 prospect Chet Holmgren.

Holmgren comes out of Minneapolis, Minnesota and is rated as a four-star prospect by 247Sports and as the second best player out of the state. The site also lists him as 6-foot-11 and 190 lbs. Along with Rutgers, he also has offers from Florida, Gonzaga, Illinois, Marquette, Maryland, and Minnesota among others.
The Crystal Ball on 247Sports currently projects him to end up at Minnesota.
