Earlier this month, the Maryland Terrapins put out a key offer in the 2022 recruiting cycle. Mark Turgeon and his staff decided to offer 2022 prospect Christ Essandoko.
2022 prospect Christ Essandoko has been offered by Providence, he told @Stockrisers. Maryland also recently offered a scholarship and he will take an unofficial visit to Wake Forest coming up.

Essandoko comes out of France and is currently unrated by 247Sports. The site also lists him at 6-foot-11 and 260 pounds, a player for Winston-Salem Prep, and as a rising player in the 2022 class. Along with Maryland, he also has offers from Georgetown, Missouri State, Nebraska, and Providence among others.
Maryland currently has one commitment in the program’s 2022 recruiting class from three-star prospect Paul Lewis. As such, fans will be hoping Essandoko can keep building things for Turgeon and his staff in the 2022 cycle. However, there’s still a long way to go as he’s a 2022 prospect and currently has no Crystal Ball selections on 247Sports. It should be interesting to follow.
