Late last month, the Northwestern Wildcats put out a key offer in the 2022 recruiting cycle. Chris Collins and his staff decided to offer 2022 prospect Will Richardson.

Richardson comes out of Oradell, New Jersey and is currently rated as a four-star prospect and the second-best player in the state by 247Sports. The site also lists him at 6-foot-2 and 160 pounds and as a rising player in the 2022 class. Along with Northwestern, he also has offers from Columbia, Marquette, Maryland, UMass, and Vanderbilt among others.
Northwestern currently has no commitments in its 2022 recruiting class, but fans will hope that changes with Richardson in the months to come. Of course, we will have to wait and see if that ends up happening as there’s still quite some time before Richardson has to make his decision. He currently has no Crystal Ball selections on 247Sports.
