Earlier this month, the Penn State Nittany Lions put out a key offer in the 2022 recruiting cycle. New Head Coach Micah Shrewsberry and his new staff decided to offer 2022 prospect Dominick Campbell.

Campbell comes out of Portland, Maine and is currently unrated by 247Sports. However, he’s starting to get some serious attention from a number of high profile programs. Verbal Commits lists Campbell at 6-foot-8 and 235 pounds. Along with Penn State, he also has offers from Minnesota, Stanford, VCU, and Virginia Tech among others.
Penn State currently has one commitment in its 2022 recruiting class from three-star prospect Sonny Johnson. But fans will hope Shrewsberry and staff can add to that haul with a commitment from Campbell in the months to come. Of course, we will have to wait and see if that ends up happening as there’s still quite some time before Campbell has to make his decision.
