Late last month, the Penn State Nittany Lions put out a key offer in the 2023 recruiting cycle. Pat Chambers and his new staff decided to offer 2023 Dennis Parker.

Parker comes out of Richmond, Virginia and is currently unrated by 247Sports. He is listed at 6-foot-6 and 175 pounds. Along with Penn State, he also already has offers from LSU, NC State, and Rutgers among others.
Penn State currently has no commitments in the program’s 2023 recruiting class, but fans hope that will change soon. Perhaps Parker can be the first addition for Chambers and staff.
