Late last month, the Ohio State Buckeyes put out a key offer in the 2022 recruiting cycle. Chris Holtmann and his staff decided to offer 2022 prospect Julian Phillips.

Phillips comes out of Blythewood, South Carolina and. is rated as a four-star prospect and the best player in the state by 247Sports. He is listed at 6-foot-7 and 180 pounds and is starting to build a solid offer list. Along with Ohio State, he also currently has offers from Alabama, Arizona State, Clemson, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Ole Miss, and Texas Tech among others.
Ohio State currently has one commitment in the program’s 2022 recruiting class from three-star Bowen Hardman and fans will be hoping Holtmann can build from there. Perhaps Phillips could be the next addition. However, we will have to wait and see as it’s still very much in the air. He currently has no Crystal Ball predictions on 247Sports.
