Allen comes out of Los Angeles, California and currently plays for East Los Angeles College. He is listed at 6-foot-6 and 225 pounds by Verbal Commits and should be able to fit on the wing for the Scarlet Knights. Along with Rutgers, he also currently has offers from New Mexico, San Diego State, and USC among others.
Rutgers is in an exciting stretch after putting together a great 2020-’21 campaign. The Scarlet Knights are relevant again nationally and figure to be in serious top 25 consideration heading into next season. Fans will hope Allen can help boost the roster moving forward. We will have to wait and see what ends up happening.
