The NBA Draft seems to grow bigger and bigger each year and with a great 2020 class lined up, the Big Ten looks to be prominently featured on draft night yet again. And while this figures to be the most unusual drafts in recent memory, the NBA Draft Combine remains one of the most important events for making it to the professional level.

See what Big Ten players will be participating below per The Rookie Wire.

Big Ten Players In The 2020 NBA Draft Combine:

  • Kofi Cockburn (Illinois)
  • Ayo Dosunmu (Illinois)
  • Luka Garza (Iowa)
  • Aaron Henry (Michigan State)
  • Daniel Oturu (Minnesota)
  • Jalen Smith (Maryland)
  • Lamar Stevens (Penn State)
  • Jon Teske (Michigan)
  • Xavier Tillman (Michigan State)
  • Kaleb Wesson (Ohio State)
  • Cassius Winston (Michigan State)

That’s certainly a pretty stacked list for the Draft Combine. All told, the Big Ten is poised to have 11 players participating from eight different schools. It’s important to note that very few players who are forced to sit out the Combine based upon their own play end up being selected on Draft night.

Additionally, the other important development from this list is the fact that a number of players were not included. Some of the notable absences were Anthony Cowan (Maryland), Haanif Cheatham (Nebraska), Zavier Simpson (Michigan), and Andre Wesson (Ohio State). All four put together some solid numbers last season.

BTPowerhouse will continue to provide updates as the 2020 Draft nears.
