No word yet on where the guard could end up.

The roster turnover continues for Fred Hoiberg’s Nebraska Cornhuskers as junior guard Jervay Green announced his intention to enter the transfer portal.

The 6-foot-3 guard’s stay at Nebraska lasted one year. He came over from Western Nebraska Community College and originally committed to Tim Miles, but hung on for the first year under Hoiberg.

Green averaged 8.2 points and 4.2 rebounds per game this season in almost 25 minutes of action. His high mark came in an overtime win against Southern when he dropped 22 points on 7-12 shooting.

No word yet on where Green could end up, but the transfer out of Nebraska frees up a spot for Western Illinois point guard Kobe Webster, who is coming to Nebraska as a grad transfer.
