The 2019 NBA Draft took place on Thursday night and Isaiah Roby of the Nebraska Huskers was fortunate enough to hear his name called. He was selected at No. 45 by the Dallas Mavericks and will now head just a bit south to Texas.
Roby spent three seasons with the Huskers and helped lead the team within striking distance of the NCAA Tournament on two occasions. In his final season with the program, Roby finished averaging an impressive 11.8 points and 6.9 rebounds per game. The Huskers were also able to make quite a run in the Big Ten Tournament.
