Earlier this week, the Nebraska Cornhuskers got some exciting news as 2019 prospect Kevin Cross announced that he would be committing to the program. The exciting development came in a pivotal offseason for the Huskers.

Cross is listed as 6-foot-8 and 240 lbs by 247Sports and comes out of Little Rock, Arkansas. Along with Nebraska, he also had offers from programs including Illinois, Oklahoma State, and Southern Missouri among others. He is unrated by 247Sports.
While Cross has a limited scouting profile, he joins what is a growing 2019 recruiting class for the Huskers. The program now has a handful of commitments with several coming only in recent weeks since Fred Hoiberg was hired.
Hoiberg and his staff still have their work cut out for the 2019 class, but Husker fans have to be excited about bringing Cross into the fold.
