Over the weekend, the Nebraska Cornhuskers got some exciting news as 2019 international prospect Yvan Ouedraogo announced that he would be committing to the program. The exciting development came in a pivotal offseason for the Huskers.
I am proud and excited to announce I will be joining the @HuskerHoops program and coach Hoiberg this coming Fall. Looking forward to step foot on campus in Lincoln and get to work. #GBR pic.twitter.com/Oizw9jGOcl

Ouedraogo is listed as 6-foot-9 and 240 lbs by 247Sports and comes out of Paris, France. Along with Nebraska, he also has offers from programs including Georgia Tech, TCU, and Vanderbilt among others. He is unrated by 247Sports.
While Ouedraogo has a limited scouting profile, he joins what is a growing 2019 recruiting class for the Huskers. The program now has a handful of commitments with several coming only in recent weeks since Fred Hoiberg was hired.
Hoiberg and his staff still have their work cut out for the 2019 class, but Husker fans have to be excited about bringing Ouedraogo into the fold.
