Indiana's James Blackmon Out Indefinitely With Leg Injury

+

Although Hoosier fans were disappointed with the team's letdown on the road against Michigan on Thursday, perhaps the most significant aspect of the game was the injury to Indiana guard James Blackmon late in the game. Indiana has now updated his status and it appears that he will be out indefinitely for the Hoosiers. This is a massive loss for an Indiana team that was already reeling from injuries. Blackmon is averaging 17.4 points per game this season and leads the team in minutes played. Indiana faces Northwestern on the road on Sunday.
