While we predominantly cover men's basketball here at BT Powerhouse, we've recently expanded and started covering a bit of women's basketball as well. If you were unaware, you can catch up on the beginning of our team previews over here and glance at our way-too-early power rankings here.
With that being said, for today's countdown piece we're posting the television coverage throughout conference play for the upcoming women's season. If you're interested in watching the women's teams you're going to have to watch a lot of BTN, with most of the games being covered digitally on BTN Plus. There are a number of games that will air on television on BTN, as well as several games on ESPN2, but unfortunately a lot of it is left for streaming if you're interested. There is a game on CBS at the beginning of January, involving a deadly Maryland team coming off of a 34-3 season and a Final Four appearance (before losing to Connecticut) and Ohio State, pitting the conference's top two teams nice and early in the season (also, a rematch from last season's Big Ten Tournament Title Game).
While a lot of the season is relegated to the digital version of BTN, the entire conference tournament will be televised as BTN will carry every game in early March until the tournament title game airs on ESPN on a Sunday night.
