Tracy Abrams To Miss 2015-16 Season With Torn Achilles
Terrible news for the Illini today as it has been released that senior point guard Tracy Abrams will miss a second straight season due to injury after tearing his Achilles. He played in a total of 103 games for Illinois from 2011 to 2014, but missed all of last season with injury. In 2013-14, he averaged 30.1 minutes, 10.7 points, and 3.2 assists per game. He was expected to be a major contributor this season.
