On Tuesday night, the Golden State Warriors won the 2015 NBA championship, topping the Cleveland Cavaliers in six games. It was an exciting series and one of the better NBA Finals in recent memory. It also had an impact on the Big Ten as former Michigan State player Draymond Green won the title as a member of the Warriors.
Green played at Michigan State from 2008 to 2012 and was a member of the team when they made the Final Four in 2009 and 2010 and won the Big Ten championship and the Big Ten Tournament in 2012.
Fans and media alike celebrated Green's accomplishment on Twitter on Tuesday night and you can see some of the best reactions here.
