Thoughts

The Big Ten had a total of four players participate in Thursday and Friday's NBA Combine games and all of them are currently fighting for a spot in the 2nd Round.  According to DraftExpress, Branden Dawson is ranked #84, Terran Petteway is ranked #94, Dez Wells is ranked #81, and Aaron White is ranked #51 on their Top 100 board for the 2015 NBA Draft.  Of course, the NBA Draft selects a top of 60 players, so if DraftExpress' list is accurate, only one of these four players is currently set to be drafted.

This status is important because it's pretty likely that all four of these players will be competing for NBA roster spots in this year's Summer League and likely, for the majority of next season.  Every time these players get to see the floor is very important for their career prospects.  Wells appeared to have the best performance of any of these players, but all the performances were pretty standard outside of Petteway's second game.

As the chatter continues, it will be interesting to see what kind of impact these games had.  You can follow the entire Draft process for BTPowerhouse in our Draft Story Stream.
