The Big Ten Tournament championship will be played on Sunday afternoon and should feature a battle between two great teams, but much of the focus will be on Selection Sunday as a whole.
The conference is set to have 8 teams in contention for NCAA Tournament bids, at least three teams in contention for NIT bids, and at least two teams in contention for CBI bids. As such, Sunday is set to be a major day for the conference and will have a major impact on three postseason tournaments this year.
Fans will find out how the conference's seeding worked out on Sunday evening with two separate televised selection shows and one brother bracket release starting at 6:00PM ET with the NCAA Tournament Selection Show.
