A few months ago, the NCAA floated the idea of having a weekly show where they would release seedings for the NCAA Tournament based on the results to that point. The concept was that it would reflect the College Football Playoff's weekly releases of the rankings. However, the NCAA has opted to avoid this process. BTPowerhouse's Thomas Beindit wrote an editorial in support of the early releases earlier this year when the idea was floated (you can read it here), but support for the concept was mixed.
