Former Illinois player Brian Cook has been signed to a training camp deal by the Detroit Pistons. Cook played 132 games in 4 years primarily under Bill Self. Cook was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers and has also played for the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers, Orlando Magic, and Washington Wizards.
