In one of the more unexpected announcements of the season, Indiana was forced to postpone their game with Iowa on Tuesday night after a beam fell from the ceiling. This was the Big Ten's only matchup on Tuesday night and was expected to be broadcast nationally on ESPN. Here is the video of the beam falling:
As one can clearly see, this is a pretty serious situation. In an effort to make sure no fans are put at risk, Indiana decided to call the game in the early afternoon. Here are a few relevant tweets following a press conference on Tuesday evening:

Indiana completed a review of the roof structure this past summer/fall. Every year the building is inspected, Fred Glass said.
