The 6-10 Tennessee big man is currently ranked No. 125 in the 247Sports Composite rankings. It will be interesting to see how this plays out considering that Crean doesn't have any available scholarships to offer right now.

Hoosiers make 2015 SF O.G. Anunoby's Final List

+

Indiana made the final list for O.G. Anunoby along with Georiga, Murray State, Iowa, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, and Kansas State. It is expected that the Hoosiers will get one of his 5 official visits. After his unofficial visit to Indiana in early August, Anunoby stated he wanted to end his recruitment by September. That looks unlikely at this point if he will now take official visits. However, Indiana still looks to be in a very favorable position here with the 2015 three star forward.

Indiana Makes In-Home Visit List for 5 Star 2015 Center

+

Indiana will get an in-home visit with #11 overall 2015 recruit C Stephen Zimmerman. Coach Crean has been recruiting Zimmerman for a long time and would obviously love to land 6'11" center from Las Vegas. Indiana is not expected to get an official visit, however, as those are likely to go to Kansas, Kentucky, UNC, UCLA, and Arizona. It could be an advantage to have the last visit on the list as that could leave a lasting impression on Zimmerman. Stay tuned to BTPowerhouse for future coverage of this recruitment.

The Ray Kasongo Saga Ends Abruptly for the Hoosiers

+

The Ray Kasongo saga ended abruptly tonight as it was announced he will not visit Indiana due to not meeting the GPA standards of Indiana University. He didn't meet the standards at Oregon or LSU either, so it is not entirely surprising even though it was initially reported that academics would not be a concern at Indiana. It turns out that information may have been coming from the Kasongo / Brandon Bender camp rather than those close to Indiana. Look for Kasongo to end up at junior college at this point to get his academics in order. For Indiana - Emmitt Holt will now visit on Monday rather than Tuesday and one would believe he'll be the person filling out the 2014 class now. Stay tuned to BTPowerhouse for further updates.

Holt will visit next Tuesday (August 19th). He is a 6'6" SF who is not currently rated. This would be a bit puzzling for Indiana, but Coach Crean has never been one to leave scholarships open. The visit would come after 6'9" PF Ray Kasongo (next Monday), so the spot may already be filled by the time the visit occurs.
